Zoho launches its flagship offering 'Zoho One', calls it operating system for businesses

Zoho One integrates over 38 of Zoho’s web apps and over 55 of its mobile apps under one single suite.

Software as a Service (SaaS) firm Zoho has launched its flagship offering Zoho One, an all-in-one suite of applications, which can help run an entire business across every function and organisational group.

The new product, which Zoho calls the operating system for a business, integrates over 38 of Zoho’s web apps and over 55 of its mobile apps under one single sign-in with centralized administration and provisioning.

It is one Integrated Suite of sales, marketing, customer support, accounting, HR, productivity, collaboration, and business intelligence applications.

With over 35 applications, complementary mobile apps along with several browser extensions and extras, Zoho One offers the broadest suite of business applications in the market along with an administrative control panel for centralized administration and provisioning.

“Zoho one is all of Zoho under one platform. Its something the company has been working on for nearly 10 years to be able to come up with the best operating system for all businesses. It also comes with an excellent admin panel to be able to manage all operations,” says Sridhar Vembu, CEO, Zoho.

The idea is to provide the best information for quick and superior decisions. Zoho One applications also integrate with hundreds of leading third-party software applications, thereby preserving customer choice and flexibility.

Zoho One includes enterprise-level editions of all the Zoho business applications, along with mobile, native apps, and extensions.

Speaking at the launch of Zoho One, Naveen Valsakumar, CEO, Notion Press and one of the first customers of Zoho One said, "True to its name, the Zoho One suite of applications has aligned our entire team into one unit and enabled us to make data-driven decisions.”

Notion Press was given an early access to Zoho One, and have been using it for over a month.

Zoho One is priced at Rs 1,000 per employee, per month when billed annually. The company says that businesses must purchase a license for every employee in their organisation to get this pricing. Zoho One is also available, worldwide, in multiple languages.

Zoho is also working on integrating more Indian languages and more applications into Zoho One.
