‘Power Star’ Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming film directed by Trivikram Srinivas is in progress, with the shooting going on at Hyderabad.

While fans are waiting eagerly to know the title of the film, an interesting piece of news has surfaced.

The film is expected to have a foot-tapping folk song.

It may be noted here that the Katamarayudu song in the star’s Attarintiki Daredi went on to become a chartbuster, and the team has planned a similar song.

Sources say that Pawan Kalyan and director Trivikram Srinivas had discussed the proposal of including a folk song in the album and music director Anirudh Ravichander immediately agreed.

The young musician has reportedly impressed Pawan and Trivikram Srinivas with a captivating tune. The song is currently being filmed in Hyderabad, according to sources.

With the filmmakers planning to release the film in August this year, the team is working at a brisk pace.

Reports say that Gokula Krishnudu may be zeroed in. However, there is no official word on it either from the director or the actor.

Starring Keerthy Suresh and Anu Emmanuel as the leading ladies in the film, this Pawan Kalyan starrer will also mark the comeback of veteran actor Khushboo into the Telugu film industry.

Made on a budget of about Rs. 75 crore, the film is being bankrolled by S Radha Krishna under the banner Haarika & Hassine Creations.

This is the third collaboration of director Trivikram Srinivas and Pawan Kalyan.
