'Aravindante Athidhikal' teaser: Sreenivasan and son Vineeth share screen space

The teaser of the Vineeth Sreenivasan starrer Aravindante Athidhikal is out and has raised the expectation levels among audience. The 45-second long teaser was released on March 31st and has gone viral since. Directed by M Mohanan, the film stars Vineeth’s dad Sreenivasan in a pivotal role as well. Interestingly, the teaser features a conversation between the father – son duo. It’s been a long time since they got to share the screen space and fans are now eager to see them both in action again.

Produced by Pradeep Kumar Pathiyara and Noble Babu Thomas under the banners Pathiyara Entertainments and Big Bang Entertainments, this Mollywood movie is gearing up for release on the 27th of April. The post production work is happening at a brisk pace to meet this deadline.

Shaan Rahman is the music director for this film with Swaroop Philip cranking the camera and Ranjan Abraham editing. The star cast of Aravindante Athidhikal, apart from Vineeth Sreenivasan and Sreenivasan, include Aju Varghese, Salim Kumar, Urvashi, Shanthi Krishna and Shammi Thilakan while Nikhila Vimal is paired opposite Vineeth.

Reports about the film’s storyline is that it revolves around Aravindan played by Vineeth and his foster father, Madhavan, a lodge owner. The film also has a love angle with Nikhila Vimal arriving at their lodge for a dance performance in the city and gets romantically involved with Vineeth.

On this film, its director M Mohanan had reportedly told the Indian Express much earlier, “This is an entertainer, which is high on situational humour. One can’t call it a family drama, but families are going to love it as it has a feel-good factor.”

With Aravindante Athidhikal’s release date set, fans just can’t wait for it to hit the silver screens.
