Actor Jayasurya and producer Vijay Babu of Friday Film House will be associating for the film Thrissur Pooram. They have earlier collaborated for Aadu and Aadu 2. This time around it is an action entertainer that will have Jayasurya in a serious role.

On the film, Vijay Babu has said to Cinema Express, “It's a Thrissur-based mass film.
