Sai Pallavi is a very busy actor these days, doing back to back films in Malayalam, Tamil and Telugu. After the wild success of Premam, in which she acted with Nivin Pauly, Sai Pallavi did Kali with Dulquer Salmaan.

Now, the actor is all set for the release of her next Malayalam film Athiran for Vishu. And starring with her is Fahadh Faasil, who has quickly become this generation’s most versatile star.

Given that Sai Pallavi has a Vishu release ahead of her, the actor recently posted a few pictures on her social media pages where she’s dressed in a beautiful kasavu saree. This has delighted her fans from Kerala who are happy to see their “Malar Miss” back in Malayalam cinema.

Sai Pallavi made her debut with Alphonse Puthren’s Premam. The film was successful not only in Kerala but across the country. Sai Pallavi’s character, a young college professor named Malar, became immensely popular. In fact, when Shruti Haasan reprised her role in the Telugu remake of Premam, she was mercilessly trolled for trying to do Sai Pallavi’s role. 

Sai Pallavi later made her Tamil debut with Diya, a horror film, which didn’t do well at the box office. However, her dance moves in ‘Rowdy Baby’ from Maari 2 in which she acted along with Dhanush went on to break the internet. She will next be seen in Tamil with Suriya in Selvaraghavan’s NGK.

Sai Pallavi is also popular in Telugu, having delivered hits like Fidaa and Middle Class Abbayi.
