Actor Naga Chaitanya's Telugu coming-of-age romance, “Premam”, an eponymous remake of the Malayalam blockbuster, may hit screens at the end of September.

According to sources, with the majority of shooting completed, the unit is currently in Norway shooting a duet featuring Chaitanya and Shruti Hassan. After this, they are to film one more song and one crucial plot sequence, following which the film will head into post-production.

Premam, which tracks three romances in three stages of the protagonist’s life, was earlier slated for an August release. However, due to delays in wrapping up shooting, the makers are reportedly looking to cash in on the Dasara crowds, with an end-September release, though there is no official confirmation of the release date yet.

Premam, an official Telugu remake of the Malayalam film directed by Chandoo Mondeti, stars Naga Chaitanya, Shruti Hassan, Madonna Sebastian, and Anupama Parameshwaran in lead roles.
