The pooja for the Vikram starrer Mahavir Karna took place at the Sri Padmanabhaswamy Temple in Thiruvananthapuram in Kerala recently. The film, as the title suggests, is a historical on Karna, who was a close associate of Duryodhana and the Kauravas in the Mahabharata epic. To be helmed by Malayalam director RS Vimal, the film is to be released in Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi. A pooja was performed for a holy bell that is to be attached to a huge chariot being built for the movie.
