The trailer of the Vinayakan starrer Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal is out and intriguing. There’s a love story by the sea, and the narrator says it’s between a man who came from outside and the water princess. You catch a glimpse of veterans Vinayakan and Dileesh Pothen in the trailer, a group of young men arriving at the island and the events that unfold.

Gabri Jose and Ridhi Kumar play important roles in the film. Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal is directed by Kamal and bankrolled by Johny Vattakuzhi under the banner of Dani Productions. The film has been scripted jointly by John Paul and Kamal. Vishnu Panicker is the cinematographer for this film with Shameer Muhammed doing the editing and Shaan Rahman taking care of the music score.

Vinayakan’s last release in Mollywood was Thottappan, which released in June this year. The cast included veteran writer Raghunath Paleri, Roshan Mathew, Priyamvada, Lal and Dileesh Pothan in supporting roles.

Vinayakan has also recently composed music for Fahadh Faasil starrer Trance which was wrapped up recently and is currently in the post-production stage. The actor had earlier composed the song ‘Puzhu Pulikal’ in Rajeev Ravi’s Kammattipaadam which went on to become a huge hit. Trance is expected to hit the screens for this Christmas.
