Vishnu Manchu’s Achari America Yatra was launched during the birthday celebrations of his father, Mohan Babu at their educational institution in Tirupati recently. And now, news about his next has surfaced.

Reportedly, this will be a film based on the call centre scam that was unearthed last year in which nine call centres were charged with defrauding NRIs in the US. The call centres claimed to be tax and immigration authorities and allegedly swindled crores of rupees.

Vishnu Manchu said that the whole incident caught his attention and he decided to make a movie out of it. The film will first be made in English and then in Telugu and Hindi. Excited over the Hollywood collaboration, the star said the pre-production work is currently underway.

Stating that it was too early to disclose about the cast and crew, Vishnu added that a few top stars in Indian cinema may be roped in for the project. To be shot in Mumbai, Los Angeles, New York and New Jersey, the film will be bankrolled by Vishnu’s home banner.
