In a first, music legend Bob Marley’s son and team to perform in India at Kochi

The musical extravaganza will feature Ky Mani Marley and team for the first time in India, along with 15 other popular bands.

Kochi is all set to host Season 2 of Mojo Rising on February 10 and 11 at Bolgathy Palace, a tourist destination.

The musical show has been curated and organised by the makers of indie show ‘Music Mojo’ on Kappa TV, a Malayalam musical channel run by Mathrubhumi Group.

This would be the second edition of the music show and music legend Bob Marley’s son Ki Mani Marley’s presence has the city enthralled. Ki Mani’s team consists of 14 members and the band is performing for the first time in the country.

Meanwhile, the show will also feature bands like Thaikkudam Bridge, Agam, Suraj Mani, Brodha V, Blank Planet, Cut-A-Vibe and Gowry Lekshmi.

The tickets for the most anticipated music fest are priced at Rs 800 on Day 1, Rs 600 on Day 2 and a combo pack of 2 days at Rs 1,000. The tickets can be bought at Mathrubhumi offices and select Kalyan Silks outlets or on BookMyShow.

The musical fest is sponsored by Kalyan Silks, Federal Bank, Cera Sanitary Ware, Joy Alukkas, among others and will be organized by the Events team of Mathrubhumi, Red Mic Events.
