Oommen Chandy's escapes unhurt as his car meets with an accident

CM told media that he was not sure of what actually happened as he was on a sleep

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy escaped unhurt when his car met with an accident in Ettumanoor near Kottayam at 2.30 am on Sunday. His gunman Ashokan received minor injuries.

CM’s car skidded off the road and jumped on the footpath’s concrete slab. CM was sleeping inside and was not injured. He was travelling from Malappuram to Kottayam and continued his journey in escort vehicle.

CM told media that he was not sure of what actually happened as he was on a sleep.

He was examined by a team of doctors from the general hospital at the Nattakam Guest House.
