In what could possibly be the world’s largest beer can collection, Jeff Lebo over the course of 40 years, has amassed more than 87,000 beer cans at his holiday home, Brew House Mountain, in Pennsylvania, USA.

The collection is valued at $1.6 million. Lebo says, “I started collecting when I was 13 years old when there was a fad sweeping the US. In addition to that, I had a lot of friends in the neighbourhood that collected that sort of got me into it. My dad was also working for the American Can Company, which was the first company in the world to patent beer cans back in 1935.”

He has bought and traded cans from all over the world. Visitors can stay in his holiday home for $469 per night. He doesn’t intend selling any of the beer cans in future, as he says he has worked hard to build his collection.
