British singer Ed Sheeran’s hit single Shape of You has inspired many covers, memes and renditions. And what else would you expect from a track that gets your feet tapping in no time?

A few days ago, a mesmerizing Carnatic rendition of the song had been released by featuring three Indians. And now, a group called ‘Krishnamamy Kathak’ has released a video featuring kathak dancers grooving to Shape of You.

And song itself is fused with a few Indian beats and kathak cues. Combined with the beautiful costumes of the dancers and matching choreography, it makes a captivating watch indeed.

The sequence is choreographed by Kumar Sharma, a classical dancer, who according to his Facebook bio has also performed in reality dance shows like Jhalak Dhikhlaa Jaa and Dance India Dance.

The video has also been uploaded by Kumar Sharma on Thursday and has received over 1.1 million views so far. It has also been shared over 23,000 times.
