The Tamil Nadu government has begun the presentation of its annual budget on Friday and in the midst of high rates of unemployment and joblessness, the state is under pressure to open up new avenues of employment for its residents. Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam will be presenting the document and announcing the allocations of various departments, development and welfare schemes.
