On Friday, DMK leader Karunanidhi sent a legal notice to MDMK leader Vaiko for making allegations that the DMK had offered Rs 500 crore and 80 seats to Vijayakanth. But it seems the DMK's move to sue him has angered Vaiko even more. The MDMK chief has now dared  Stalin to file more defamation cases against him.

Talking to the reporters, he said, “DMK is responsible for Sadiq Batcha’s death, let Stalin file a defamation case against this statement.  He filed a defamation case against my statement that they had offered Vijayakanth this many seats and this much amount for an alliance. I am saying that Stalin is behind the 2G scam, let him go file a defamation case against me for this.”

MDMK leader Vaiko had said on Friday that DMK had offered Rs 500 crore and 80 seats to DMDK leader Vijayakanth to join their alliance. He had also said that BJP had offered Vijayakanth a Rajya Sabha MP post and a ministerial berth in the union cabinet.
