With more than three months to go for the unveiling of the next lot of iPhones, by Apple, there are predictions and rumours on what to expect. Most of these are genuine and dependable. A detailed report has come out on these phones, indicating that Apple will once again deliver a top-end phone much to the delight of the die-hard fans of the company.

Leading the way would be the main processor in the new phones, the A13 chipset. There is still no confirmation yet on what the phones will be called by Apple, but it is assumed that they will be the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Max and the iPhone XR2.

It is being predicted that the rear 3-camera setup in this year’s iPhone 11 Max will include a wide-angle lens. This hardware upgrade will then be supported by a software improvisation that will enable the user to add a person omitted in the frame to be included later. In the case of the iPhone XR2, the rear panel may sport a dual lens setup. What’s more, there will be an optical zoom support too in this budget variant of the model. This was seen in last year’s iPhone X and XS.

The reverse wireless charging feature being widely promoted by Samsung, having introduced it in its Samsung Galaxy S10 offerings, will be part of the iPhones to be launched is September this year by Apple. All three models will be provided with the feature enabling charging of compatible devices. Huawei too has launched a model with this technology.

One design aspect to be adopted by Apple for the iPhone 11 models that has come for a lot of criticism is the rear camera setup that has a square hump. Many Apple and iPhone lovers were hoping that the company will ultimately reject this design. This has been in the public domain for long. But now it appears confirmed that the new phones will come with this hump, however clumsy it may look.

The only expectation among the fans is that since the phones appear to be thicker than the previous versions, the company might have upped the battery size, a move that will be welcomed by many iPhone users.
