Get ready Kerala: Baby Shamlee is all set to make a comeback to the silver screen after 18 years

After an 18-year long gap, popular child artist Shamlee, better known as Baby Shamlee, is all set to make her come back to the Malayalam silver screen. 

She will be seen as the leading lady in Kunchako Boban- starrer ‘Valleem Thetti Pulleem Thetti’.

A song from the movie, ‘Kannukal Kaalidari’, was released online on Thursday evening and the song has garnered the interest of the Malayali audience.

The movie, which is set to release on April 28, is directed by debutant director Rishi Sivakumar and is produced by Faizal Latheef, under the banner of Achappu Movie Magic.

Shamlee has acted in Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada and Telugu films, and her performance as a mentally challenged child in the Tamil movie ‘Anjali’, fetched her National Award for the Best Child Artist.
