A day after being suspended by the party for his recent remarks alluding to the alleged role of BJP leader Arun Jaitley in the DDCA scam, BJP MP Kirti Azad has elicited support from firebrand Subramanian Swamy.
BJP member Swamy on Thursday expressed his support in a series of tweets.
@punjabi_sachin : Suspension means minimal change. He will get a chance to argue his case inside the party and get vindicated.

@krishnakkshukla : Shatrugan never. But Kirti has not seriously breached discipline by talking about Cricket a non party private issue.

@dhums111 : Suspending is not expelling. Kirti will get a chance to put on paper his Defence to revoke his suspension.

Azad, who is an MP from Darbhanga in Bihar, had on Sunday held a press conference making several allegations about numerous irregularities and mismanagement in the running of the DDCA’s affairs during Jaitley’s tenure as president.
